Several Days Before Wedding

  • Meet with Bridal Party and officiate for rehearsal or walk-through
  • Confirm all services contracted 
  • Manage production schedule with vendors
  • Oversee set-up and logistics

Day of Wedding

  • Manage of wedding preparations including monitoring all vendors providing rentals, linens, florals, décor, tenting, lighting and production services, entertainment, catering, photographer, transportation, videographer, etc.
  • Coordinate bridal party logistics and wedding timeline
  • Support Wedding Party preparations and arrival at wedding location, line-up and ceremony flow
  • Coordinate post-ceremony reception and photos
  • Oversee reception elements and services
  • Interact with entertainment for proper flow and catering for culinary flow. Includes details such as sign-in book, gift table, cake cutting, first dance, toasts and special announcements and activities
  • Disperse of funds to vendors
  • Support end-of-night details and load out
